SAFEGUARD YOUR MARRIAGE:
Safeguard your relationship by being your wife’s best friend, and keep away from other women who are drawn to you. Set strong boundaries around your relationship with other women to avoid any form of physical or emotional attachments. Make your wife your topmost priority and make good your commitment to her.
Engage in religious and spiritual activities together. Pray regularly for your wife and as much as possible, pray with her. Read the Bible together regularly and worship the LORD together in the same local church. These will foster spiritual bonding and an atmosphere of spiritual oneness. The couple that plays and prays together will stick together.
The fragrance of a wife can only sweeten the home and bring you the rest and joy you seek when you learn to do things together including the house chores this will enable your wife to actualise her potentials in life and in the family. With an open mind, identify the woman in your wife and make her feel like one. When you do these, you’d be fulfilling the scriptural teaching in Ephesians 4:32: “Instead, be kind and tender-hearted to one another, and forgive one another, as God has forgiven you through Christ.”

SUMMARY:
Knowing your wife is key to living with and bringing out the best in her, and this can only happen when you take time to study her. As the husband, you need to understand that your wife is unique and incomparable to other women, even your mother. Study her mood (mental or emotional state) especially during times like PMS (Pre-menstrual syndrome), pregnancy, Pre-menopause and menopause periods. Different hormonal changes take place in a woman from puberty to menopause, which make her very complicated. There could be some specific changes in her mood or behaviour during her monthly cycle (ovulation to menstruation) due to some hormonal changes.
Also, understand that a woman could turn moody if something is bothering her. Other causes of moodiness in a woman could be stress, lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, etc. It is established that females have more mood swings than males. Therefore, you are expected at such times to show your wife affection and understanding. Don’t ignore her but communicate with her because she could develop an ill feeling towards you and gradually withdraw her love for you. Learn to apologise to her when you realise you’ve said or done something to hurt her, and correct her in love when she does something wrong. When you relate with her this way, you’ll regain her confidence in you.
Know her nature as the “weaker vessel”. Know her tastes and values —- what she likes and appreciates. Study her disposition, that is, her attitude and reactions to changes and circumstances. She could easily be wounded in the heart; hence, do not trample on her emotions. Love and be generous to her. Spend time to listen to her and to know how she feels. A woman craves for attention. So, don’t make your wife feel neglected or unwanted. Be altruistic and loving. When you shower love and affection on her, she will automatically love and respect you in return
Ephesians 5:25,28-29:
“Husbands, love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave His life for it. Men ought to love their wives just as they love their own bodies. A man who loves his wife loves himself. None of us ever hate our own bodies. Instead, we feed them, and take care of them, just as Christ does the church;”

Also, take time to study her strengths and weaknesses, appreciating her strengths and helping her work on her weaknesses. By so doing, you’ll bring out the best of her character. Besides this, understand her need for companionship. You should make it a point of duty to do the domestic chores together even without her asking. It is your Christian duty to do it. It would mean a lot to her.

Taking care of the children together, show them that you care about them. By studying and knowing her, you will win her heart and affection back.
Finally, safeguard your relationship by staying glued to your wife and wearing the danger sign of: “ Married and madly in love with my wife, so keep off” to other women who are chasing you. Set strong boundaries around your relationship with other women to avoid any form of physical or emotional attachment. Make your wife the apple of your eyes.
*TOTAL SHUT DOWN*
I guess you all experienced the shut down last week, though just for a day or less but we should learn a great lesson from the *SHUT DOWN*
I learnt that ONE DAY, this world will come to an end,
I learnt that is a brief rehearsal of what *ANTI- CHRIST* will do after the rapture,
I learnt that this world can be *WIPED OFF* within an hour
I learnt that HIS *COMING* is at hand and many more.
SERIOUSLY, are you ready?
If you are not sure. The only way to Salvation is through The LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Accept Him today, and be saved.
STEPS TO SALVATION:
Salvation takes place in a sinner’s life when he repents of his sins and turns away from them all. Then he is cleansed , justified and adopted into God’s family. His name is written in the Book of Life and he receives the hope of eternal Life. Henceforth, he walks in the newness of life “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.”
Romans 6:4 KJV
The steps to salvation are quite simple. Salvation is never earned; rather, it is an experience freely bestowed on all who believe.
Unfortunately too, there are countless people who hope to get saved some day but fail to take a definite decision for Christ today. This is self-delusion and one of the wiles of the devil to keep them permanently shut out of Heaven. Delay in making a decision for Christ is dangerous. At the end of man’s brief life on Earth, death is certain. Yet, the appointed time is unknown. In essence then, it is infinitely wiser to settle with God while man’s life lasts.
In order to get saved as a sinner, you must believe the record of God’s Word which declares every man a sinner. Acknowledge your sins and desist from self-justification. Accept the fact that JESUS died for your sins.
Repent of your sins and turn away from them completely. Ask God to save you on the merit of Christ’s death. Invite JESUS into your heart and believe that with this simple prayer, you are saved. Let your faith be hinged on God’s Word and not on your feelings. Then begin to walk with God in the newness of life.
Remember, however, that to keep saved, you must daily abide in Christ and His word. Here again is where satan deceived many who profess to be saved but whose lives are clear departures from God’s demand for Holy Living. Although we are saved by grace, we are created unto good works in Christ JESUS. There is therefore no substitute for obedience. Likewise, as you maintain regular fellowship with God through prayer and study of His Word, you must also have regular fellowship with men /women of like precious faith and abstain from all appearances of evil.
Share your faith with others and daily anchor your soul on the hope of eternal life. It shall be yours in JESUS Mighty Name Amen 🙏🏾.
