The International Federation of Medical Student’s Association (IFMSA) is an international body that almost all countries in the world are registered under and has close affiliations with the World Health Organization, United Nations and so many other powerful bodies.
I have been appointed as the IFMSA Program Coordinator for Gender Based Violence – for the whole world lol. Which means that any national medical student’s association in the world that wants to do a program that has anything to do with Gender Based Violence (GBV) will be vetted, assessed and approved by me for the next year. I’d also be expected to aid in international collaborations on GBV and link International bodies (like the WHO) to National Medical Associations to help out in the success of their programs!
It’s a huge huge huge opportunity and I’m grateful to God for it 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
